By using the services of Swift Resources Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all import-export services, including customs clearance, air and ocean freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Swift Resources provides logistics services including customs clearance, air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and distribution. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on actual shipment weight, dimensions, destination, customs duties, and unforeseen circumstances. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
We strive to provide accurate quotes, but clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their cargo. Any discrepancies in weight, dimensions, cargo classification, or documentation may result in additional charges. All fees, including customs duties, taxes, storage charges, and third-party service fees, will be invoiced separately and are the responsibility of the client.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

Storage fees apply after free storage period ends.
All fees must be paid before cargo release.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation for all shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any other documents required by customs authorities. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, fines, or seizure of goods. Clients must ensure that all cargo complies with local and international regulations, including restrictions on hazardous materials, prohibited items, and controlled substances. Swift Resources is not liable for shipments delayed or rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
Swift Resources Co., Ltd. acts as a freight forwarder and customs broker. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, customs delays, port congestion, or carrier failure. Our liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of the actual loss or the value declared on the shipping documents. Clients are encouraged to obtain cargo insurance to protect against loss or damage.

Payment is due within the terms specified on the invoice, typically within 15-30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges. Cargo will not be released until all outstanding fees are paid in full. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
